Nothing has been entered as having gone under contract in the past couple of days.
I know that I keep on telling you that prices remain stable in the Keys because we do not have a lot of distress sales. Sellers hold on to their properties before selling it for a low price because they are confident that they will be able to get their price in time.However there are some properties that are truly priced to sell. Sometimes a seller wants to buy something somewhere else and needs the funds to purchase another property; in that case a seller is more motivated to sell his/her property.We do have a flooded market right now and if a seller needs to sell quickly pricing is essential.

This is a home in Venetian Shores. Venetian Shores is considered to be one if not the most prestigious residential neighborhoods in Islamorada. Venetian Shores is located on the Bay side right by Snake Creek Bridge. The canals are deep and can accommodate a boat up to 60 feet. The only other neighborhood that can accommodate boats of that size is Port Largo. Ocean access could not be any closer via Snake Creek Bridge.
