When I started in Real Estate we had MLS (Multipe listing) books that came out once a month. Each property had one black and white picture and very limtied info about the property.

What is selling right now

If you have been following my blog for a while and check what is selling and going under contract, you already know that properties are moving! The Real Estate market has picked up tremendously over the past couple of months and if you are in the market to buy this is the time to get serious about it. There are still many great deals out there and sellers are aware that this is a buyers market; but the great deals are going .... rather quickly.
